Nice ink Johnnie. How long does that take to do? One session?

Awwwww. That's good to hear. I'm happy that you're happy.L-Jam3 wrote: ↑Thu Aug 27, 2020 7:09 am Great ink, Johnnie. And the Santa Fe train made me nostalgic. When I was growing up, every Christmas we set up our model train set that was on a plank of plywood. The trains were all Santa Fe. You gave me a good memory on a day I was feeling pretty deflated.
I got my last ink back in the 90s, so I'm itching to get a few more myself.
This particular one was only 3 hours. I'm impressed by how quick Gina is even while packing in so much detail.

Your arm or your art? Or both?

My arm... the tattooist's art. I was following this guy for like a year before he finally opened his books.

Very nice. It resembles your art a bit.

Thanks! Yeah that's what drew me to him. Shit taste in music though. Had to sit through five hours of... pop, I think it was.

My other large tattoos are ravens and a squid & whale... so I wanted an elk as the 'earth' element to balance out water and air. (Also I've almost always lived in elk country.)

Headed to Fest 21 (a big punk indie etc. music comedy and wrestling festival in Gainesville) this weekend (always held on the weekend of UF/UGA because hotels won't be booked for Gator games). Getting tattoo #2 on Saturday. I know the design, but not yet 100% sure on the placement.
Not sure the design has a name, but I'm referring to it as the Frightened Rabbit cross as it's a design by Scott Hutchison, lead singer of FR. This design was also used for Tiny Changes, the Scottish non-profit "a community of tiny change makers, working together to help young minds feel better" that began after Scott's suicide.
Likely about 2-3" tall. Was leaning inner arm, either forearm or upper. Might have been convinced to go back of the arm, just above the elbow. What say you, Swampers?

Back of the arm would be my choice.

Once I finally start working and driving here (hopefully soon) I’m going to get this on my forearm.

I guess the never mentioned I got one last summer. Memorialized MC Gusto with his tag (he had the same one all 17 years) on my upper chest.
I felt aswirl with warm secretions.

It really says (or should say)
“This too shall pass”.
Which feels most appropriate in Hebrew than any other language.
