So who are the past Swamper Bowl champs. I think I lost in a final once to Rush I believe. I may be misremembering. Diamond?

Tom Watson was the only one I could think of besides the obvious Tiger answer. Looking at that list, just shaking my head...
The TW locked me in instantly and I knew it'd be a huge score because of that. Only other one coming to mind was Tom Hagen, and I knew that was Robert Duval's character in the Godfather. Figured it was low odds the golfer Hagen's first name started with a T or W, so I didn't just say Hagen.
I thought old timers like Walter Hagen couldn’t win because prize money is so much greater nowadays. (I missed the most wins part.) I gotta read the questions more closely. I said Gemini because i missed the “space shuttle” part of the question.

That's why I figured Kite and Watson were safe, cuz he was considering either total $ earned, or # of tournaments won.

Woot!

What's worse here is that this should have been a stunning upset. I definitely knew "Sorcerer's" but I read the question as exactly 7 letters. I gotta try not doing this stoned. Fuck!

Take it easy, Bob Thompson.

Sorry, this comment makes infinitely more sense to my college friends who also majored in Television Radio Film.

Chickened out on picking Mike Weir and went with Watson instead... 13 point swing would have put me ahead by 2.
