SEASON-LONG REMINDERS

-Each week consists of 10 questions (5 sports, 5 not). The Swamper Bowl will have 20 questions.
-I'll post questions here and email them to the group. Make sure you DO NOT REPLY ALL if answering by email
-No Googling, No Doubt
-Answer every week, even when your NFL team has a bye

SCORING

-Correct answers get a score equal to the number of people who said it
-Wrong answers get the value of the highest-scoring correct answer +5
-If you're the only player with a one-pointer, you are credited with a score of -1
-Low score wins
-Weekly ties will be broken by best score in Q10, Q9, etc.
-Standings, tiebreakers and playoff matchups all determined exactly as they would be in the real NFL

INSTRUCTIONS

-Send answers to ryantfriedman (gmail, and don't forget the middle initial T) or private message here
-Unless you're giving something away by asking, bring up any questions or clarifications in the weekly thread so everyone can see the answer. I will NOT be emailing any important updates to questions that may affect answers, so it's on you to keep up before submitting

For #2, does the nickname have to match exactly? Like if a college team nickname was the “Chartreuse [Insert Atlantic division nickname]”, how would that response be scored?

I went for the first time ever a couple weeks ago. I got screamed at by my daughter for not getting a specific sauce, so I know one!

what did you get?

it's good/very good but I wouldn't call it great. we have one very close yet we don't go very often (probably because we really don't eat fast food that much). even my whataburger intake is not nearly what it could be given how much I love it and how close the new one is to us/the golf course. I haven't had whataburger in over a month

The Whataburger app is the best. We have one about three minutes away and I try to only go when they send me some special where I end up paying like $3 for a meal. My gut is lucky the girls aren't huge fans.

I have like three free things in my app ... yet I didn't stop when I was hungry yesterday on the way home from playing golf. I'm a failure.

I got something weird with spicy chicken, honey and pimento cheese. I found the bread to be extremely sweet and off-putting. Chicken was probably the best of any fast food place. We rarely get fast food, and when we do it's usually burritos or my daughter loves Smashburger while my son prefers 5 Guys.

That sandwich was pretty good but it was messy and didn't need the jalapeños. But the pimento cheese on it was excellent, and yes, their chicken is typically good.

I just don't understand the lines going around the block. They opened two near me 5+ years ago. When they first opened, the lines were insane. Now, there is almost always a sizable line, but I have to say, it did move fast.

Their nuggets are like crack. If you get the chicken sandwich, order the Deluxe version. To the point that I don't really understand NOT doing that... very plain/bland sandwich without the fixings.

And, yes, there are some McD's that employ the double line, folks outside with a tablet to keep the lines moving, but no one moves a line like Chik-fil-a. Nobody.

And if we're talking about places with absurd lines I don't get... Kane's FTW. I just don't understand why people go so crazy for that place and the lines suck and they don't move fast... at all.

I'm typically a plain sandwich type of guy, so I prefer that one. However, the tendies at CFA are outstanding. That's typically my go-to.

Funny timing as my wife just texted that she's going to have lunch with the youngest, but no way she's having CFA (that's what Asher always wants), so she's getting Cane's instead.

I never heard of Cane's until someone mentioned it here, then I Googled and saw an SNL skit mention it. Or maybe I saw the skit first. My daughter is obsessed now, for some reason Cane's infiltrated her algorithm on some platform, she said they were constantly in her feed. There aren't any near us, but there is one walkable from my office, so I was teasing her that I wanted to go there. One day she announced that she wants to go to Cane's with a couple friends for her birthday. WTF?

ETA: Searched and see someone mentioned Cane's and someone else posted the SNL skit.
