Glory is a staple in US History classes. He came to the Union Pork Store a number of times (he was a fiend for that hot Italian sausage… yes I know what that sounds like) and I’m glad I got to tell him how much my students enjoyed the film and learned from it. He was a very nice guy, and a phenomenal actor with an incredible range. RIP.
