Not to muddy up the thread too much but with NIL paying for football scholarships can't these schools now add back all these mens scholarships? Title IX been a clusterfuck for mens nonrevenue sports.

No, I honestly don't think that's pedantry. If the question had said mammals... game on. Humans are not considered animals, by definition.
