Lions dropped new unis today. I don’t have a link yet but kind of underwhelming though the black 3rd jersey with the blue chrome helmets and blue pants is a sweet combo.

They got rid of the awful all-grey and added an awful all-black instead (which just looks Panther-y to me, especially with the helmet). I do really like the home and away set though.

Lions were one of the non-normal number fonts that I actually liked, but returning to standard block still looks pretty sweet. Words above the number trend needs to go away.

No that's definitely an aych.

I'm sure you've seen that the back of the bottom of the helmet thing-y says "H-TOWN". And it seems the helmet has been confirmed as legit.

If you think Fanatics is a pretty scuzzy company before, wait until you read the article in the Athletic or listen to today's ESPN daily podcast about their deal with Perfect Game, a youth baseball exposure tournament.

Here's that article: Why the Perfect Game, Fanatics deal has agents raising concerns about amateur player rights.

I may have mentioned this in another thread, but after attending Railbird music festival a couple years ago and seeing all kinds of completely random basketball jerseys, AB and I decided if we ever attended a festival together again, we’d buy random basketball jerseys to wear. Well we are going to Bourbon & Beyond. Any guesses on what we selected?

AB could probably come up with a better hint than me. They both have one particular thing not in common with all of these.

Iverson Sixers
Westbrook Rockets
Drexler dildo rockets
Darrell Griffith Louisville
Grant Hill Pistons
Luka Mavs
Luka Euro team
Luka Olympic
Kobe Olympic
Rodman Bulls
Derrick Rose Bulls
Will Smith Bel-Air
Mashburn Hornets
Larry Hughes Nuggets
Larry Johnson Hornets
Montrezl Harrell Lakers
Dan Issel Kentucky Colonels
Rex Chapman uk
Ja Mourant old school grizzlies
Penny Hardaway Magic
Mourning Hornets
Reggie Miller
Dirk Dallas
Larry Johnson Hornets with sleeves
Oregon 13
Kobe 24
Kentucky 12
Teshaun Prince Pistons

Oh, of course!

Not sure why this popped into my head, but there was a sporting goods catalog store in Buffalo (mostly hockey), and they sold jerseys with mistakes for $5 in a bin. My friend played on an intramural basketball team, they all had Shaq's Magic jerseys with #33 instead of 32.

It’s one very specific thing (or I guess three!) that these people have that the jerseys of the people we bought don’t have.

Ha! That’s awesome. I love Sickos Committee on Twitter reposting people finding random jerseys or t-shirts where you’d never expect to find them. Like me walking into a Dick’s and seeing a Rider t-shirt (I’d totally buy it too).
