Anything suspicious about a 25-year-old cop driving a BMW with a custom paint job?

Sorry if I’ve posted this here, but a convo with my wife on the way to the movies today made me think of this thread. Her boss is a black man who just turned 50. His wife is a doctor and they are pretty well off. He’s always driven nicer cars and finally he had to started getting personalized license plates after being pulled over so many times. I would’ve never thought that would deter stops but apparently it has. Something I’m lucky to not know since I’m a white male.
