Nonlinear FC wrote: Sat Apr 26, 2025 3:03 pmI do not buy that Deion had anything to do with this drop. Deion was well-liked and respected by every team he played for, including the Braves. Dude worked extremely hard and was a very good locker room guy. The idea that Deion was going to come in and micromanage a QB in an NFL locker room is absolutely ridiculous. He's the head coach of a D1 program, he literally doesn't have time for that level of nonsense.
From Super Bowl media row: Deion Sanders says 'there's a lot of teams' he wouldn't want Shedeur to play for, details how he'll handle it.

Did you know Deion also co-hosts a talk show while the head coach of a D1 program?
That’s an old story. Deion later walked back the comments. And lots of coaches have radio shows.

A TV show streaming on Tubi, not some "coach's show" on local radio from a sports bar.

And Deion walked those comments back about eight weeks later, after the combine. Damage control efforts?

Cool to see a kid from town (Desmond Igbinosun) get signed but too bad about the team (Ravens).

Yeah. I realize there’s a lot of schadenfreude over Sheduer’s drop in the draft. But that asshole Ulbrich kid deserves to have his ears boxed. I assume he got the number from his father’s files, so maybe dad should also get his knuckles rapped.

Do they really put "penguins" in the url to drive clicks?

NVM. It's a Mike Sullivan purge.

Random crazy NFL stats for a random Wednesday.

Tom Brady has the second most receiving yards for a player over age 40 in NFL history. (Jerry Rice is first, Brady is second. There is no #3.)

Jim Harbaugh has more career rushing yards than Bo Jackson.
