Can this post really go anywhere after that intro? It's like a zenith/nadir all rolled into one.

Seriously. Of all the sites and blog posts I've seen devoted to this topic, how have I never seen this album cover? Greatest ever. Unlike most horrible album covers though, for some reason, I am moved to purchase this one. I really want to listen to this album.

ETA: A quick Google search give my answer, because it is actually a new release, just made to look like a cheesy 70s album. Too good to be true, I guess. Link with short tracks. It's reggae, with that "cultivating irie sounds that make the world go round," straight from the Wasatch mountains of Utah, where all good Reggae music comes from, IMO.

Apparently, that album just came out last month.

I'm off and on listening to a local radio station's Memorial Day Top 500 countdown, and "Everlasting Love" just played. I happened to glance over at the ipod, and learned via the following album cover that the singer is ALL man, and not a woman as I guess I've always assumed, having never really listened all that closely to the song:

I am oddly intrigued at a top 500 list that includes Everlasting Love
Who knows? Maybe, you were kidnapped, tied up, taken away and held for ransom.
