REMINDERS

Through W16, each set of questions will include 4 Swamper-submitted questions (2 sports, 2 other)
All questions in W17 and the playoffs will come from me
I'll post questions here and email them to the group. Make sure you don't reply to all if answering by email
For your own questions only, you may "cheat" and submit any answer you want
Correct answers get a score equal to the number of people who said it
Wrong answers get the value of the highest-scoring correct answer +5
Low score wins
Standings, tiebreakers, playoff matchups, all determined exactly as they would be in the real NFL

For #7 do you mean during any world cup, or after they appeared in the final?

Or is it any team that appeared at a World Cup that had nothing but losses?

The latter. For clarification, "Finalist" means "they made the World Cup"

Not sure I understand the military operation question. I would have loved the NHL coach question 20-25 years ago. Total crap shoot now. The country baby name is one of my all-time favorite questions. So fun trying to come up with them all. I am stuck at 8. Had some good laughs as I rattled off all the countries in my head. Too bad I am done having kids.

Question #2 fucking sucks. That's just a shitty question. If a fucking battle produced 18,000 casualties than so did the larger war obviously. Those two things shouldn't be exclusive.

But for swampcrash purposes, wouldn't having "Battle of the Bulge" or "The Bataan Death March" or "Stalingrad" as answers be preferable to "World War II"?
