Someone has to remember this political gaff from the early 1990's. I can't find an answer on the Googles or interwebz and my Mom is useless. Some politician, either a mayor or Governor of New York, or National pol in a speech in NYC said something to the effect that black people's gift from god is that they can't get sunburns. Who said it?
