On the scanner they just said that the first suspect had a bomb on himself when he was taken into custody.

They are to proceed with extreme caution with suspect #2.

AP just released the guy's name.

Local TV showing a bomb squad getting ready to detonate a messenger bag in Watertown.

That photo appears to be he source one of the close-ups provided by the FBI (note the faces next to him). If it's shopped, then it's the kid and/or the bag (or that foot).

A lady in Watertown noticed a big pool of blood outside her apartment window. That's the building where police have searched and are focusing on right now. Hoping the second shooter was hurt in that firefight.

Also, apparently, one of the reasons we're being asked to stay indoors, there are groups of armed police going into heavy brush areas.

Imagine waking up without turning on the news and going out for a morning jog along the Charles, something I have done periodically, and running into a SWAT team. Thank goodness I've been keeping out of shape.

I'm watching the local CBS feed. Have they shown the video (where you can't see anything but hear the audio) of the gunfight between the cops and the suspects? It sounds like a Schwarzenegger movie. How did that guy get away?

Yea. It was posted on YouTube hours and hours ago. It's wild. I think there was a dude on Twitter who uploaded pics of his living room taking a bullet from that firefight. He was on the news as well.

One weird thing: why didn't they leave the country immediately? If they're not taking credit for the bombing, why not leave? Would not have been hard right after the bombing.
