Saw this bit of graffiti on the way home yesterday. It usually says "stigma". The picture hanging off the sign is a hand with a band-aid across the palm.

here in Vancouver a good percentage of stop signs have "HARPER" stickers below Stop in the same manner...

I see it now. It's a person's neck below the ear. Before I thought it was someone's arm or leg they were pointing to with a pierced finger (?)
