Alexander's last season was 1930. Walter Johnson retired in 1927. Who was active and had more wins than Alexander in '28, '29 and '30?

You’re right. I originally had 3 years as the cutoff but decided there were too many answers so I switched to 5 but never changed the question.

I think you’re the only one affected - will make the change at some point and fix the standings

I hate to say it, but I was wrong. He didn't pass Mathewson until '29.

Satchel Paige answer was real dumb in retrospect. I guess I always thought of him as a guy who pitched forever. I suck.

I also knew every Top Chef answer. So more TC, less MLB is the answer.
