So, this couple has been part of Cubs twitter for years, we’re all mutual followers of each other. They got engaged a couple days ago and the dude posted this.

It’s now totally blown up. RT’d by Meghan McCain and Jake Tapper. (And assholes popping up to insult both of their looks of course.)

Every time I'd go into a Barnes and Noble I feel like I was being followed by this chick's books. And every time I'd look at who I was with (wife/friends) and just say in the sassiest voice "GIRL WASH YO' FACE!" And later when her second book came out I'd also say "GIRL STOP APOLOGIZIN'!"

In the earlier days of Pardon My Take they'd end every episode by prank calling him and saying "Suck my dick, Lenny" and hanging up on him.

It was funny, but then as the podcast gained traction regular folks would see Lenny in public and harass him so they stopped.

All that to say, Dykstra seemed completely unaware of everything and didn't sound completely grounded in reality over anything. Like learning disability mixed with heavy drug usage disconnection. It's actually kinda sad.
