But, frankly I'd be surprised. The Kings have a lot money already tied up in centers Anze Kopitar and Jeff Carter. Thornton isn't going to LA for third-line money.

Winger Patrick Sharp is rejoining the Chicago Blackhawks. It’s reportedly a one-year, $1 million contract.
