Rich Hill wandering around the IF when Gurriel stepped in was very solid passive-aggression.

Darvish won't plunk him tonight, but if he did, I'd like to see the shitshow if Darvish got tossed.
Hold on, I'm trying to see if Jack London ever gets this fire built or not.

Maybe he'd just get ejected after his 27th pitch of his first start in 2018. Don't want to punish the other 24.

That's where I was trying to get to. If they did toss him, it'd effectively be a suspension, which Gurriel didn't get. Hopefully someone at MLB has had this discussion with the umpires.

I understand where Utley was playing but good grief, no way should he have been playing that

the slo-mo replay also showed it wasn't *that* close, either. he could have set his feet more

I wonder how many guys you would have to hit in a World Series game 7 before it starts to get weird.

Well, Springer just locked up World Series MVP, which makes the famous 2014 Sports Illustrated cover look even better.

how he didn't have a second reliever warming up if he was going to do that is insanity

this is not far from Girardi not challenging in the ALDS on the "what are you doing?" spectrum

At some point a manager is going to have his/a long man going from the start of a Game 7 so there’s no stalling on a move.

Not striking out an AL pitcher is about as red a red flag as you can have. With the pitcher's spot coming up, absolutely no excuse to let him go any further than that.

And my bias is such that I even thought batting McCullers was a little crazy there, but at least he had a pulse when on the mound.

I just bet Dodgers +4.5 in-game for $200 and given the way this series has gone I don’t see how I can lose.

Is this an MLB draft thought? Cause that's too deep. Of course this is coming from the guy who didn't know Bergman was a stud at draft time.
