Joe Biden might be a good comparison, actually. They're roughly physically similar, baseline-wise.

But I would really love to see someone come on who would talk shit about liberals every once in a while. The closest they've ever gotten to confrontation is when someone says "venmo" and not "cash app."

I listen to every episode of Pod Save America and Lovett or Leave It, plus most of Majority 54. I love the insight on how truly dysfunctional the Trump WH is from people who actually worked in the WH. It's funny and informative, but the guys can be pretentious and trying to hard to be hip.

And attorney client privilege, while sacrosanct in most instances, doesn't allow for attorneys to knowingly commit crimes and stay quiet about it. The fact that these idiots may have been emailing about it???

I work for a public utility in the PIO office... The other day, I wrote an email and very deliberately left part of what I wanted to convey OUT of that email, because I didn't want it written down. This was VERY innocuous stuff, but there's always a chance something of a relatively high visibility nature could get caught up in some PIA request.

It's just not that fucking hard to pick up the phone, or arrange for a meet. And as slimey as this will sound, when it's not on "paper" it is EXTEMELY easy to just lie about verbal interactions.

Sure, we all understood how profoundly stupid Trump is, and that he spouts off every thought that pops into his head with no concept of the implications, but his personal lawyer is equally stupid, and the lawyer his lawyer had to hire to represent him on the Stormy Daniels shit is dumber than both of them! Everything these assholes said on TV interviews and the President's Twitter account implicates them! Whenever they try to defend their actions, they admit to another crime or ethical violation.

It is virtually unheard of for a court to grant a warrant specifically for attorney-client privileged documents, but for the privileged communications between the President and his personal attorney? The evidence for a serious crime, beyond the Stormy Daniels payoff, has to be enormous, because this will be the most scrutinized warrant ever, and if nothing come out of this, the judge will have the full force of the MAGA lynch squad all over him or her for the rest of their life.

Or more likely, this Gregg Jarrett shitbag's theory. Mueller "snookered" a federal judge with his "supposed evidence." And the evil Deep State US Attorney who submitted the warrant was appointed by Trump in January, and Trump personally interviewed the guy. And he was a Trump supporter and donor during the election, and a partner in Rudy Guiliani's firm. This guy went super-ninja going deep undercover to sidle up to Trump to attack him. For years! This is almost as good as Obama's parents printing his birth announcement in the Honolulu Star when he was born, as evidence he was born in the US so he could become President. And to submit that from Kenya in 1961 couldn't have been easy.

The New York Times is now reporting that the Cohen search was in fact related to the hush money paid to Daniels and McDougall. Trump is so greedy and disdainful of the law that I could totally see him using campaign funds for those payments. That’s essentially what John Edwards was indicted for back in 2011.
