Speaking of this, my oldest has been in class with her youngest 3 of 5 years in grade school. We didn’t say anything in kindergarten just to keep things cool but she’s since learned since who his mom is and knows some of her/their songs and it’s fun trying to explain the level of “big deal” she is to a kid who has no concept of past big deals.

(We’ve been at a bday party where she sang happy birthday in the same way any parent would, but the complete opposite, and I cannot put into words how amazing it was to just be there.)

Seems like she was struggling there for a decade or two. Glad to hear shes living ok

I was going to try to fill in some chronological gaps, maybe pick an album for HS rass, one for college rass, or post-college/pre-kids rass, but BSF really messed that up and made me sad with his Guster selection (at least he picked the album I would have picked, though I don't so much get the Evermotion hate given Keep It Together is where their sound really changed).

But I'll try to stick with the plan and go with a holdover for HS rass:
