I heard Elie Honig discuss, and he said it will limit the maximum sentence Trump could receive, but there is no way he was getting 20 years anyways. It will limit how the DOJ can go after some of the J6ers and probably prevent some from being prosecuted, but he didn't seem too upset.

We've discussed Michigan as it's cheaper, bluer, and we have friends/family up there. We are both remote, and I can work anywhere and Kelli can work in most states including Michigan. We're just trying to decide if we are going to piss our kids off by moving them from all their friends they've known their whole lives (and mine).
