Take over 325 in the NBa all-star game, easiest bet all year.

update:
after "going for it" and signing up for 5 (goodlord) sites and their promo deals, i did win $280 straight cash on the SB and a bunch of free bets elsewhere.
i lost my first 9 - NINE - of those bets. finally won one for $62 but with my remaining ~6 or so i just put them all on futures to win the Cup.
I"m terrible at this.

We're all bad at this. This is why the house wins.MaxWebster wrote: Mon Feb 21, 2022 4:26 pm update:

I've avoided getting an account because I see more potential downside than upside so this is a good reinforcement thread:
Re: The Swamp Can Resume its Gambling Problem
I feel like I have the perfect relationship with this. Put in $25. Took advantage of stupid marketing incentives to work my balance up with nearly no risk. Bet $1 or $2 very nice infrequently on events that catch my attention or all season sweat (caps to make playoffs).
So I have some fun hobby money but no real risk nor upside.
Am curious how this pot will get used come World Cup.
Now the real stupid was a small investment in the Betz ETF. Figure the house would always win and legalization would create a growth market..not spending all there money on JB Smoove

Grind low amounts and live large on the free rolls. Seems to be a sustainable strategy.

Really rare to see someone who's in the industry post something like that. Good thread.

Going to Spoon/Interpol at the Virgin Hotel and was thinking about just betting Sun/Aces here but ended up betting at El Cortez down the street from my apartment and glad I did because once I got here I remember this place is owned by the Mohegan Sun so they can’t allow betting on that game here (since they own the Sun as well)

The total for the Iowa/Illinois game is 35.5 and that might honestly be too high. Only way that goes over the number is if the defenses scores some points (which isn't impossible obvs)
Iowa defense has giving up 50 points in 5 games (27 to Michigan) and Illinois D has given up 42 in 5 games (23 to Indiana).

Some dipshit from Ohio just hit a royal flush playing 3 credits instead of max play at .25 and won $187.50 instead of $1000 like she should have and I still done have the heart to tell how bad she should feel.

Air Force put up 30 points last night (and it could've been more) in the bitter cold last night. But, it was clear, and that weather probably played into the hands of an option-oriented team.degenerasian wrote: Fri Dec 23, 2022 4:19 pm So... English sports books are famous for doing bespoke sports bets. (For example Rory McIlroy’s dad bet 500-1 that his son would one day win the Open Championship which obviously he got paid out on)
So a good one would be Sidney Crosby one day being Pens GM. The two players who have been captains longer than him are Steve Yzerman and Joe Sakic, both of whom are GMs of their former teams.

Dude is 6-foot-4. He’s absolutely 300. Fuck I’m 5-9 and 255 and I have a similar paunch.

He says he is that tall. I read some speculation he might be barely six foot.

Re: The Swamp Can Resume its Gambling Problem
I dunno. Biden is similarly tall and they looked about the same height. Regardless even if he’s 6-1 he’s at least 275.sancarlos wrote: Fri Aug 18, 2023 10:52 pm He says he is that tall. I read some speculation he might be barely six foot.

Yeah, I don't know if the truth coming out about his height will be tastier than the truth about his weight.

I’m around 6’3” and definitely taller. I’ve been five feet away. I’d say probably six maybe even 6’1”. I’ve never been 300 in my life but not sure how much our paunch is different. I ain’t thin.sancarlos wrote: Fri Aug 18, 2023 10:52 pm He says he is that tall. I read some speculation he might be barely six foot.

I thought they actually weighed these fuckers because otherwise you’re betting if Trump lies to the DMV and the odds of that are like -$10000000

So did the bookies make a killing or did they void all bets?

Re: The Swamp Can Resume its Gambling Problem
Surely they voided. Also, a stupid thing to bet on. But fun, I suppose!
