This is fascinating - it's a view of internet usage around the world throughout a day. Red/yellow is high usage while blue/green is low.

All I get from that is that the internet is used more during the day than at night, which is exactly what I'd expect.

Probably a research station of some sort. They are all over the arctic.

Well, maybe his looks were some of the changes there (in that town in north Ontario).
