95% are the green "Masters" folding chairs they sell in the massive gift shop at the entrance. Most people just buy one when they head in if they don't already have one. However, you can bring your own chair in as long as it is a canvas back chair without armrests. You will occasionally see a color other than the traditional green.

What they still do not allow, and I thought my wife's head might explode when I told her, is cell phones in any form or fashion. Can't take them in at all and if they find one, you are walking back to your car.

Eh. They don't usually even warn you until it's been 3-4 instanced where, technically, they could have. Usually they'll give the groups a gentle, please get back into position without being an official warning.

Right. But when they gave him the initial "official" warning, it was probably about the 4th instance of when they could have given him one.

Good. I fucking can't stand slow players. Especially ones that get warned and still don't give a shit. Hopefully Annyong learned a little lesson about how we do things over here in 'Murica.

How many warnings do you expect them to give a player?

Besides, it's (probably) more likely that someone in one of the day's earliest groups is going to get a slow play warning (or penalty) than someone in one of a day's final groups.

I'm perfectly OK with them giving just the two. But in practice they always try to nudge them along before giving a warning. If he was playing extraslowly, he deserves the penalty.
