I like the "all Europeans are basically Russians" casting.

The robot not being used for sex would be more surprising than the alternative with everything else that has happened to this point.

That maid definitely has at least one kid who looks suspiciously like Rocky.

I hated sports talk radio growing up in Detroit, but the only bit I ever liked was anytime Aaron Ward (former Red Wing in the 90s) was mentioned they played this clip of the scientist saying:

I really feel like they could have fleshed out Drago's backstory a little bit and it would make more sense if he was some unbeatable superman if he was like 31 and had never been able to fight in the West. It really wouldn't have been that hard to service the story like that.

Adrian constantly telling Apollo and Rocky how much they suck is a nice subplot.

Apollo is the old school coach who convinces high school kids to get painkilling shots to win a football game that will make the team 3-6.

So Apollo looks in incredible shape for this fight coming up, which implies he didn't shortcut training, so how was he exposed so badly by Drago? Only hubris?

I'm not Larry Merchant, but I think he's smaller, older, and catches punches with his face.

You can't, but imagine if you removed the announcer's dialogue from the movie. It's probably about a quarter of the script.

That shot of Rocky with his head cocked, then rubbing his eye is an excellent GIF one of my cousins dropped on me when we were discussing something I would generally classify as "can you believe this dumb shit"?
