Johnnie is a winger (duh) whose job is to provide service to the midfield glory boys.

Re: FC Swamp - The FM Experience
Our defensively minded wingers or midfielders. Sabo and PDX look to be first choice at the moment in the center of the park. However, once I introduce the team and after the first couple of friendlies I will show some tactical options.

Attacking(ish) midflieders. Bob and Rass look to be top choices, but Rass's versatility may make him well suited as super sub or heavy rotation player. Pentagonz one of the best rated players all around for us. We will have some options to rearrange attack depending on need as well.

Re: FC Swamp - The FM Experience
And the forwards. We are a bit weak in depth up front, so will likely go with a single striker to begin with. However, may try to position up one of our midfielders to give us a bit of cover. Turd looks first choice, but everyone will get run I think.

A shaky 1-0 win. Chedda cleans up a corner and slips it in the net. Still working on getting videos to work. We're all in pre-season mode.

You’re on the roster as an M (midfield I guess).

Saw that, but I wasn't in the profiles AB posted or on the lineup screen for the first game.

Ok I looked at the game and now I see it was a sorting issue. I’ll get profiles for the ones I missed. I had the wrong box checked and it didn’t show the right players.

1-1 Draw in second friendly with Elche. Not ideal way of videoing, but just having issues with screen recording. Good finish by Turd with the header off a Sybian feed. And Citgo missed a penalty at the death.

Re: FC Swamp - The FM Experience
Easy 3-0 win in our next to last friendly. Citgo makes up for his penalty miss and adds another. Then WulAxl scores a beauty after some nice holdup work by EnochRoot and a cross form Bobby Fivesides. One more friendly but it looks like we are going to be match fit all across the pitch, so expect a lot of subs in that one. Also, I will clean my screen soon if I have to keep doing it this way.

I think you need to set it as "unlisted" so people with the link can view.

Bad 1-2 Loss in final friendly, but no one really had much chance to get going. The one we got was an own goal, so no video, sorry. Degen had a good game. That's it for me. Bout to hit the road back to Lexington.

Re: FC Swamp - The FM Experience
We had a few days off to get ready for the first league match. Here is our schedule for the first month.
And here is our best XI based on the tactics I have set up at the moment. However, we will be fluid with subs for the first few matches and see if anyone steps up. Also, we are a bit weak at the Central Attacking Midfielder spot, but that's a role I like to have on the team. However, if we don't get much action there I may go to a 4-3-3 (Or a 4-1-2-3 with a DM) because we have a lot of Central Midfield cover.
Subs for the Opener - Chedda slots in due to versatility to slide into the AMC role if needed or play as striker. It's showing SanCarlos as a midfielder, but his best position is as DC so he is our central defense cover. Again, there will be turnover aplenty.

Re: FC Swamp - The FM Experience
PLayer Spotlight for the first Match: Bobby Pentagonz!
Pentagonz is overall our strongest, most well-rounded player. He is a natural attacking right winger but can slide back to a more basic RM position as needed. The media view him as the next Dominique Rocheteau, a french winger from the 70s and 80s who made over 400 club appearances and was capped 45 times. Bob has good natural fitness and strong stamina and will likely play full matches more often than not. Pentagonz likes to run with the ball down the right and get into the box. He also has a tendency to try killer balls to open up the defense.

Re: FC Swamp - The FM Experience
The Athletic has made it's predictions for the Championship. We are picked to finish 9th as the squad currently stands, so we will need to steal some points from the top teams to have a shot at promotion, which is somethign the board want us to do, so it will be a challenge. You guys are up to it!
