That sounds great.Jerloma wrote: Tue Feb 18, 2025 10:20 amOh, well not much, I guess. He dropped DH for XC around 40 and went all the fuck in. Our garage was basically a studio for prepping skis. We'd usually go somewhere in VT or ME for weekends, we'd pack lunch and go on ski journeys on Saturday and then he'd have his races on Sundays. He won a bunch of races in his age division. He was also a great hockey player, marathon runner, and sailor.

Never would have bet that. Of course when we were coming up Wings games were always the toughest tickets. I probably only saw like 5-6 games at the Joe.

When I was growing up, it was very hard to get Hawks tickets. The joke was that there were 18,000 hockey fans in Chicago, and they each went to every game.brian wrote: Tue Feb 18, 2025 4:49 pmNever would have bet that. I don't think I ever actually had a seat for a Hawks game at the Chicago Stadium. We got standing room a few times, and that was it.

This reminds me that I need to go to a New Orleans baseball game.
