I used to love THE Ninety-Nine Restaurant but the last few times it's been gross. Granted, we moved and now the closest one is in the basement of a motel and it smells like a pool. Best-in-class lobster roll, though.

Oh my god. Every native was so hyped about that place when we moved there and it was so mediocre. Strong ground round vibe too, based on my childhood memories.

(If I could somehow write something everyone but you (Johnnie) saw, I’d write “he’s going to mention steak tips and you’re going to be equally let down when you find out what they are”.)

Where I worked in high school the 99 was right next door. I ate there more times than I can't remember. Chicken parm all day.

Used to step on the scale at ground round for my dinner price. Is better than 99. Bertucci all about the bread but pizza solid too. Way better than uno. Friendlys is the chain that fell off. Dont know what happened to that place. Saw one in myrtle beach. Wasnt the same.

Friendly's used to be solid diner grub with first rate desserts. Of course, this was 40 years ago. They went to shit?

Yeah. Probably some I got older. But plenty of went to shit too. The rapid expansion never works. Brigham's gone too. When ice cream places fail in Boston things done changed. Cold as shit but the Boston I knew would never let an ice cream go uneaten.

Went to shit at least 25 years ago, unless it was always that bad and I was just too young to know or care.

I don't know if this is a Twitter issue or a Swamp issue. I used to be able to click on a tweet posted in the Swamp, and I would be linked to Twitter where I would see the tweet, there. Now, it doesn't work - just started a couple days ago. Thoughts?

Yeah, works for me too. Guessing it might be something with your browser on your phone not working any longer for whatever reason. Something to try would be to see if any other embedded links work. For example, Instagram posts are linked in some threads as well. If you can click on those and get passed to Instagram, then it's an issue with Twitter probably (or with the browser blocking Twitter content for some reason).

Top right, hit the carat next to your name, then User Control Panel, then Board Preferences and select your timezone.

Not a big deal or anything, but when using my Apple MacBook Air laptop, when I'm in Safari and click the browser/url box, a list of suggested "frequently visited" sites pops up, but it never includes The Swamp. Any thoughts on why that is the case?
