If there's one with the same experience, talent, and worldview that you want, sure. (And assuming the allegations are credible.)

Further to the discussion in one of the election threads on the pressure being put on Jones Day and (law firm) others for forwarding the bullshit and frivolous cases, this is pretty damn great arguing why that was perfectly okay...

To be honest, I’m glad we are in the “pardon criminals” stage of his presidency and moving on from the “sabotage democracy” stage.

Ok, I would be shocked if any federal judge actually ruled that the pardon power, which is basically unlimited under the Constitution, couldn't be exercised in a certain situation because it was supposedly corrupt. I don't even know how Judge Sullivan himself would have any role in reviewing it.

I fell into a Twitter rabbit hole with Malcom Nance and Eric Garland, and they're pretty convincing. I'm probably falling for the banana in the tailpipe again.

I had to stop listening to those two altogether. Until something happens, it's all talk. Rules don't matter as much as we think they do.

I mean, the Illuminati got mad this week and basically said "enough" and now magically the transition is happening. It really shows you how things go.

And didn't Don Jr test positive just a few days ago? And there he is, without a mask, like a dipshit.

looks like Trump is going to be given PA even though he lost by 81k votes..

Patricia McCullough a judge in PA ruled that "mail-in-ballots" were unconstitutional. There is a hearing next week, but I am not sure they will be able to over turn her decision. Better hope Wisky and Arizona don't pull the same.

The only votes they would have a case on is the votes received after 11/3. Even with those votes segregated from the rest, Biden still led. So basically all this would do is the same result as the first, but instead disenfranchising other eligible voters.

Or it's just a way to keep centrist Republicans placated with a meaningless, ceremonial position as opposed to real positions in the Cabinet.

So the source is some site I’ve never heard of, and I haven’t seen this reported anywhere else. Probably would be the biggest story of the year if it actually meant PA goes to Trump. Looked up the source and it’s rated “extreme right wing” and “low” fir factual reporting (second lowest on the meter). Low score for frequent incorrect reports, failing to cite sources, pushing baseless conspiracy theories...

Time to shit our pants, guys. DJHJ is calling PA for Trump!

I don’t think you can say that it was the Navajos that delivered Arizona to Biden “instead of Cindy McCain.“

Biden won AZ by 10,500 votes. I’m sure there were more than 5250 white suburbanites who normally vote GOP but voted Biden this time instead. (I personally know three of them.). If those voters had gone their traditional way, Trump would’ve won AZ. I don’t know if we can say that these folks weren’t swayed at least in part by the likes of Cindy McCain.

I’m also pretty confident that when the precinct-level data is crunched, we’ll find out that Navajo turnout was up and that if it hadn’t been, Trump would’ve won AZ. So the Nation *also* delivered the state for Biden.

There were probably >10,500 men with larger than average dicks who voted Biden so add that demo to the credit list too.

Dude, don’t be stupid. What’s the Supreme Court going to do, exactly? Nullify the Pennsylvania results? And a couple other states too? On what ground?

Majority opinion from Justice Clarence Thomas:

“We nullify the election in Pennsylvania and award its electors to Donald Trump under the legal doctrine of “because President Trump said so.” So ordered.”
