DLs would learn real quick to just run past Giff without touching him

He's a nice player going into a situation not too different from Seattle's best years but I don't think he's one the 10 best anymore.

I think the Broncos gave up a bit much but who knows what they can do with a competent QB?

Trust me on this, when you write them down on a list and get to the 11th best quarterback, you start going to a dark dark place. Especially if you haven’t written down Wilson yet.

Yes Ryan, that was about Eli.

I just went through the teams, and based on my unscientific, possibly biased rankings for who you want as your qb for next season only…

I rank Wilson at #10.

(I’m assuming Brady stays retired).

I went through the list, and assuming that he's healthy, I have him at 6 or 7.

Would rather have him than Stafford, Prescott, Murray or Carr.

Got him behind Rodgers, Mahomes, Allen, Herbert, Burrow for sure. Maybe Jackson?

But still think the Seahawks had to deal him.

I understand why they are doing it, I just don't understand why they didn't give Pete a handshake, tell him thanks for his service and have a nice retirement party for him.

Yes the Seahawks are worse off at QB but a more than serviceable (and young) TE & still solid DE and Denver's 1st and 2nd round picks this year and next year provide opportunity to get much better. Russ may be 10th best or whatever now but he's 33 and not going to get any better.

Seahawks have released Bobby Wagner. Ten years in the league, eight years all-pro.
Really going into tank mode.

Wagner's missed 9 games in ten years. A first ballot Hall of Famer who would look great in a Bills uniform.

Schadenfreude is strong watching Jamal Adams playing for a tanking team in rebuild mode.
