I'm curious what KI did to AB's wife. Both of them were world class, if I had to choose one, it would have been Elle, but very little distance between them.

I've never met or seen AB's wife, but world class? How'd AB manage that? The Sybian wrote: Wed Nov 29, 2023 3:14 pm I'm curious what KI did to AB's wife. Both of them were world class, if I had to choose one, it would have been Elle, but very little distance between them.

I'm sure I mentioned this before, but my then-girlfriend, who was in advertising, got me a signed copy of the 1989 Swimsuit Edition with KI on the cover.
Which, looking at it now, may be one of the worst pictures of her face. But given that it took me 30 years to even notice ...

As I recall, team “all of them” would make frequent mental appearances during alone time in the 80s.

My M-i-L has been freaking out over this for months! She is pretty all over online shopping, but refuses to read news online. My FiL also reads the Ledger every day, but he refused to learn how to use a computer and isn’t going to change now. Guy still types out notes on a typewriter.

Paul Krugman writing about why he left the NY Times:
Departing the New York Times
Departing the New York Times
As many people reading this know, last month I retired from my position as an opinion writer at the New York Times—a job I had done for 25 years. Despite the encomiums issued by the Times, it was not a happy departure. If you check out my Substack, you will see that I have by no means run out of energy or topics to write about. But from my perspective, the nature of my relationship with the Times had degenerated to a point where I couldn’t stay.

Which is really impressive, considering how so many other major outlets are falling in line.
