insane final!
Kung Fu movies are like porn. There's 1 on 1, then 2 on 1, then a group scene..

Don’t you love it when a guy you hadn’t heard of an hour earlier becomes the hero in a championship game. Going to read up further on this Gareth Bale.

Re: MLS 2022
With the new schedule expected to be announced before the end of the year, I bet teams are begging for a home Miami game in the second half of the season.
Re: MLS 2022
I could see that happening, and then the league office will stuff their away schedule with all of the teams that play in NFL buildings. I do think this is going to be huge.

Re: MLS 2022
About to date myself:
This was what it was like hearing Pele was going to play for the Cosmos. I was pretty young, but I was also a super nerd about sports and soccer was becoming a thing in Ann Arbor. My early, formative years were when he entered the league and then blew things up for 3-4 years. The tail end of that run with the Cosmos coincided with A2 starting a rec soccer league.
So, yeah, 100 percent Pele, NASL etc. are to blame for my lifelong passion.
We're just not in the same place, in terms of where the sport is in this country, but this is bigger than Beckham, which... I don't if it's irony or just Beckham understanding what a global name/brand can do (his impact was MASSIVE) for the league.
I haven't made a point of seeing a DCU game in many many years. This, after being a stalwart for at least the first 7-8 years of the club's existence.
I would absolutely make a point of seeing Messi in person.

Kevin Payne, DC United's original architect passed away. He was the man behind the original dynasty.

Ronaldo living in KC would've ended in absolute misery for everyone involved.

For the record, though, I do think Kansas City would be a nicer place to play than Riyadh.

Definitely a lot better pork barbecue, that’s for sure.
