For some reason, I've never been able to grasp the geography of Kansas City and why it's so cold. I know it's middle but it just feels so south.
Remember that KC is right in the middle of the plains. Arctic cold can go straight from the north, through the prairie provinces in Canada, and sweep right down the middle of the country as there aren’t any mountains or hills to shield it. That’s why it can get cold all the way to Dallas depending on the system (think of the Leon Lett game against Miami on Thanksgiving).
Cool. I actually had no idea but that makes perfect sense. GF and I thank you for making us slightly less dumb.
Speaking of receiver body language, that was a tough one for Reid. Toney was acting like he didn’t care, but he really doesn’t care, so what do you do as a coach?
OMG that is spot the fuck on.

I can see that - I'd bet the large amount of land above it rather than lakes etc to the east make it look further south than it is. It's less than 100 miles south of Pittsburgh.
Holy fuck, really? I think maybe it just feels south culturally and I'm extrapolating that to geography.

Yep. Have you been there? I expected it to feel southern (even told some people there I expected it to be "MAGA as fuck") but to me it was a lot more midwestern than southern.

Never been anywhere in the midwest. Cincy is probably closest. Although now you're probably gonna blow my mind and tell me Cincy is north of Pittsburgh.
We just decided it's the BBQ thing that's throwing us off.

I'm still surprised they actually overturned it. Those are usually so hard to win.
That's because there's usually a fuckton of traffic around the ball intros situations. That one was easy. Ref just ignored the reach out.

I love how the NFL still make rules based on the "clearly obvious" standard ignoring the fact that there's an extremely subjective area in between clearly obvious and not clearly obvious.

Let's see if Cincinnati takes advantage of that fumble.
Edit:
That was a big, fat fucking nope. Cincinnati isn't going to win this if they keep playing like this.
One more edit?

The Chiefs WR corps is highly questionable right now.

KC getting the calls…
What is your grievance?

"Yep it's intentional grounding because the receivers are both wide.." shows a replay with a running back right near where the ball was thrown. Former refs in the booth is such NFL propaganda
How the fuck is that Bengals coach that Mahomes got pushed into? That looked horrible.

OMG you guys are out of your mind complaining about that penalty. Holy fuck.

I disagree. He threw it at ol feet. Needed a bit more air to get that call.
Hold on, I'm trying to see if Jack London ever gets this fire built or not.

I thought it was just getting past the line of scrimmage. Mahomes shorted a ball by 10 yards on the next possesion without comment. At the very least, acknowledge the player near the ball and don't act like an expert ref only talking about 2 of the elgible receivers on the play and ignoring the rest.
