It is a Christmas song made to make money. It is not a good Pogues song, it is a good Christmas song. I would argue it is their worst single (while they were all still able to read/write/sing/play) and their worst by a good margin.

I would also argue that post this song, the group was always going to die...

ZZ Top is like AC/DC for me...I know they aren't a great band...but I really like to listen to them.
