There's no one syllable name that isn't funny when you put it in front of -wayne. Davewayne, Toddwayne, Bradwayne, Glennwayne ...

Reminiscent of the Brooks/Sumner affair. Where one senator rose on the floor of the Senate to severely beat down the other with his cane.

I really feel like I should've learned about that in school and there should've been a plaque dedicated to the incident when traveling into the Sumner Tunnel.

I never heard of Markwayne Mullin before, but he's all worked up because someone said something mean to him on Twitter and he's a Senator, then Markwayne Mullin is a little bitch.

Sorry - but every once in a while I have to say it: your country scares me.

I mean, posting a photo where the implication is that you are going to kill a man will get you in serious trouble in most parts of the civilized world.

This guy is a senator.

don't be sorry, be thankful. some of us are just as terrified and we're trapped here.

(even if i can see your land from my backyard. ...well, almost.)

Santos Well and Truly Screwed

Question: If he is removed from office - as now even Republican Congressmen say he should be - what happens? Who fills his seat with an election still a year away?

Would it be the Democrat he ran against? I mean, if your elected official engaged in fraud along the way, it would stand to reason his party would not get a say in his replacement, no?

Yes, which is why the vote to remove Santos was proposed by NY Republicans. Keeping Santos was causing them problems at home.
