If he prevails, the constitutional right of access to courts will be vindicated, constitutionally dubious delegations of congressional power will be curtailed, and administrative state agencies will have to respect the separation of powers. Let us hope for what progressives fear: the end of government as they have transformed it.
Of course, Will doesn't mention the big about the guy being a right-wing activist and conservative-radio talk-show host.

This is much bigger than the SEC or the individual case at hand, this could completely eliminate the enforcement power of every government agency.

Maybe this goes in the NBA thread, but Mark Cuban left Shark Tank and sold his majority stake in the Mavericks to the Adelson family in back to back days because he wants to run for president, apparently.

Johnnie, I can't believe you made me watch that tool, then 5 minutes in he says he is basing it on absolutely nothing but mere speculation. And isn't Kyle way too young for a midlife crisis? WTF is with the new look?

Sorry. Brian Tyler Cohen he is not. He does seem to be becoming more and more annoying with each episode he's doing. The vaping and his current look aren't helping.
You'd think he'd be thriving because he's either engaged or married to Krystal Ball.

Good for him, she must be really desperate to change her name.

They put Desantis on a box for that photo right?
Looking at the other photos of her individually with her husband and the gov, I'd say yes?
On a box or in one? HEY-YO!

I didn't watch the debate last night between Gavin Newsom and Ron DeSantis, but I've read tons of tweets telling me how Newsom took DeSantis (and, moderator Sean Hannity) to the woodshed and spanked him hard. Some of the quotes were pretty good.

When Newsome told DeSantis "neither one of us will be on the ballot in 2024" you could see DeSantis' political career dying right in front of his eyes.

I saw a couple of clips, and from that small slice, Newsome avoided answering serious questions and direct attacks from DeSantis and went with canned insults. Like DeSantis attacked Newsome for his interactions with the Chinese government and Newsome responded with, "when are you going to drop out of the race so Nikki Haley has a chance to beat Trump?" Hannity pushed him to respond to the question, and Newsome just fired back another pre-written off-topic insult. I guess that's fine since Newsome isn't even running for anything and the purpose was to make DeSantis look bad.

If you peek into the conservative bubble DeSantis waxed the floor with Newsom. So it simply doesn't matter when these things pop off.

I love when Republicans throw a hissy fit. It's delightful.

It all makes sense. And Timothy Olyphant beefed up for this role.

Super duper local, but my military buddy that always argued for Republican nonsense on Facebook has finally embarked on his political ambitions. His wife just retired from the military this year, so it makes sense.
I made the mistake of arguing with that guy on a few occasions. Major case of Dunning-Kruger with that guy. He may want to find a new sound guy or stop filming videos at the bottom of a giant tin can.

So, he’s trying to primary an incumbent Republican. Good luck with that.

They have a tendency to eat their own though. You can win a primary by accusing the incumbent of insufficient fealty to Trump.

According to this the incumbent isn't seeking reelection. So I think he's timing this right by being first to act.
I remember when he ran for leader of the Labour Party. Sad he lost - I would have loved to get a bumper sticker of t-shirt. Can you imagine "Prime Minister Balls"?

You just reminded me of the time when I was in my late 20s living in Fells Point (bar district in a cobblestone section of Baltimore on the water). I had been out partying the night before and ate some Indian food down the street at some restaurant I cannot remember the name of. I walked into Fletchers to get a seat at the bar to watch some football. It was probably around noon. Also, I was like the only customer in the place. So I proceed to bust some serious ass. Not loud, but just a long, silent fart. Brutal. I got up to take a leak (and really, leave the scene). I came back a few minutes later and there's like a half dozen guys in the bar yelling at each other about who farted.
