Can't find them on the Canadian website. Talk about a mountain of free publicity.

Well the original Kirklands were done as an overrun from the manufacture. That is why you saw a good ball from them (and the patent infringement claims). I think "Big Golf Ball" has pressured their manufacturers to not sell to Costco. Which is why costco is not currently selling them.

From the previous article on these
wsj wrote: The balls were made at a factory in South Korea by a company called Nassau Golf, which also manufactures balls for TaylorMade, one of the major equipment manufacturers. According to Nassau officials, the company had an excess supply that it sold to Costco through a third-party trader. But that supply appears to have been exhausted by overwhelming demand.

The balls have been out of stock for much of the past two months, save for a few fleeting spurts of availability. Within the past week, Costco removed the listing for them from its website. It is unclear when or even if they will be in stock again.

“We don’t have a certain amount that we promise to deliver to Costco,” said Shim Kwang-Suk, executive director at Nassau’s ball plant in Korea. “We produce other products first and deliver to Costco if we have products left.”

Pretty touching/sad moment to see Jason Day breaking down talking about his mom's cancer diagnosis after dropping out of the WGC-Match Play. Hard to fault the guy for trying, but not wanting to play golf with all that going on.

I like it. I always forget about the FedEx cup with football starting up, so it'll be nice to follow that more.

The US leads 8-2 after 2 days. The International doesn't care, they have nothing to play for. Overall record US leads 9-1-1

The Ryder Cup is where it's at, this is just a carbon copy. The LPGA has the Solhiem Cup but not International Cup

Here's my idea for a new never been done event.

President's Cup, US vs International (6 men and 6 women on each team)

You can have a doubles session where it's 1 men's match, 1 women's match and 2 mixed matches. All mixed matches have to be alternate shot all men's or women's matches are better-ball.

The teams would kind of look like this.

US
D. Johnson
Spieth
Thomas
Fowler
Koepka
FIGJAM
Thompson
Kerr
Lewis
Kang
Piller
Wie

International
Matsuyama
Day
Scott
Oosthuizen
Leishman
Schwartzel
Ryu
Park
Chun
Feng
Jutanugarn
Kim

And apparently he pulled a woman from the wreckage in case of fire/explosion.

This may be one of the few golf stories that can hide Tiger's +1 today (T-80, 5 strokes back of the leaders and 1 stroke back of making it to the weekend).

I was hoping he was ejecting a fan for yelling "dilly dilly", which is starting to become a thing on tour.

Not my favorite either but after reading the new Feinstein book about the Ryder Cup, you realize how much he loves playing that event. The first thing that crossed my mind is he will likely get his 12th appearance in France this September. That would put him 3 up on all time appearances and he will add to his 8 up on matches compared to Billy Casper. He is 2 points down on Casper in points all time and 1.5 points back of Arnold Palmer. But hte most telling stat

47.78% win is really low on the ranking list

Aphibarnrat, a fairly hefty Thai golfer, just said he is going to hit the gym in between rounds... really? Assumed he was kidding but Faldo said he wasnt.

now he's 1up on Bubba in the quaterfinals.
