He probably doesn't need the breast implants, his are perfectly fine, so that's gonna really simplify things.

The Steph Curry funding a college golf team is a pretty cool story. Hope they can keep the funding after 6 years. HBCU's have had some hard time with financial stability. Usually starting a team means getting $ for an endowment that then funds a program/big chunk of the program (i.e. Michigan & Utah lacrosse).

Also Tiger should take this as an example and then up him by funding golf for the entire HBCU domain in the south or such.

Actually as I went to type out my reasoning I nearly talked myself into a "yes" provided you added one caveat. But no, I think a proper analogy would be another popular athlete : underfunded/underrepresented sport at HBCU. So badminton?

That's fair. I was definitely going apples to apples and, as I bet a lot of HBCUs already have basketball teams, it doesn't make sense. But again my original post was a strict interpretation and not even that serious.

I got that it was not a serious post...but in all honesty my posting of that was in response to this headline in the WaPo

Tony Romo shot two under on a pga setup today. You do that you’re a hell of a golfer (and of course still well below the level of a tour player).

So Woods kicks off his season with a terrible first 3 holes (Bogey, Bogey, Bogey) and then gets hot to start in the lead at -6 with Woodland. The Zozo championship is not the Masters, but interesting start after the skins thing he just did where he was pedestrian (for a pro golfer).

Tony Finau
Patrick Reed
Gary Woodland
Himself

Left out: Fowler, Spieth, Phil, and many many others

So Brendon Todd wins back-to-back weeks on the Tour. Moves from 2006 to 83rd in the world ranking. Gets the invite now to the PGA and Masters, but not the US Open because one of his events was not a full point event. Needs to be top 60 on June 15th for the Open or win another event or get through sectional qualifying (which he did last year)
