That’s so great, TB.

The finish line is finally in sight for my sixth-year senior.

He accidentally found out in January that he had enough credits to graduate with a degree in his first major. But he decided to finish his second major this spring. Unfortunately it involves a writing project. Even though it’s nowhere near as big as Quinn’s project, it’s still causing major stress and I fear it won’t happen.
And his one problem is he didn’t go to Russia that night because he had extracurricular activities, and they froze to death.

You’re overdue to post some pics or videos. And where is GPJ with the baby pics? Fuck, I’m probably closer to being a grandparent than having a baby.

Not much going on, both doing very well. It's hard to get them to sit still for a picture. Amazing to think they will be 2 years old soon

They're good for us wide feet boys too. I had to swap out the insoles because they sucked but otherwise they do the job.

Yeah...she hasn't really been doing any modelling recently. She's been too busy with the Ad Agency that her and her partner started up (https://www.ampersandstudios.co/about) but her old modelling agency called her up about a week ago and asked if she would up for doing this gig.

Yeah, she is...her handle is @mindfullyRobin. It gets a little "woo-woo" with the mindfulness stuff for my taste, but lots of fun mountain bike/gravel riding/backcountry skiing stuff, sometimes with her goofy dog.

So my daughter is going on her first business trip this week...for a trade show in High Point, NC. I looked at a map to see where it was...and the tourist attraction tag tells me that its home to the "World's Largest Chest of Drawers".

Anyone ever been to High Point? Surely there's gotta be something more to it than that.

Shit man furniture capital of the world. Many many times. They have weak codes so trying to put 5 drunks in a rooming house with the wife's mom's cash to pay for an assisted living. Stay near high point u but maybe I've got it all fucked. Sutton home kicking in.

Yeah, if anyone is going to High Point it must be "market" or "pre-market" for furniture sales.

A few years ago, they put a shit load of money into the U and marketed pretty heavily in our area. That's all I know about HP.

I've been to the World's Largest Chest of Drawers many times. It's the facade of a huge furniture mall. NC in general and High Point in specific used to be the center of the US furniture manufacturing. I don't think that's really been true for decades now, but I think several furniture companies still have HQs there. Or at least regional offices.

Robin sent us the "call sheet" for her first day of shooting. It looks like something from a movie production. Fully story boarded plans for the TV ad they are filming.

So...in a few months...be on the look out for a TV ad with her running down a trail chasing a mountain goat.
