I honestly don't even know who that was written to. It was just on the table when I got up the next morning. Yes, I know exactly what you mean about the spelling mistakes. They're annoying and endearing at the same time.

Holy crap. I thought he looked like Hitler before I saw the 'stache. The eyes, even the shape of the face to some extent. Kind of creepy. I wouldn't be so quick to rule out the genocidal fascist thing. He may just be biding his time, luring his prey into an unexpected comfort. while he is "sitting on your lap staring at you," he is studying your weaknesses and planning his quest for world domination.

I'm reserving comment on that dog until I read his autobiography as ghost-written by one of the other puppies.

I'd suggest the Hess-looking puppy use a working title along the lines of Mein Kong.

Speaking of Major Tom (Peter Schilling variety), I saw this series of pictures of New Wave stars as they look today. some are frightening, some have barely aged, and I'd still bang Debbie Harry, Aimee Mann and especially Belinda Carlisle. Belinda is hard to tell in that pic, but I saw her interviewed recently, and she is still hot.

Hard to argue with that, but I would still take Belinda. She has that same look as McKayla Maroney that I love so much. It's killing me, but I can't think of the country/bluegrass/folk singer in her 60s who is still hot. Howard knows who I'm thinking of. At least I think it was Howard.

I've seen The Allnighter multiple times. It's been years since I watched it on basic cable, but if it was on again, I'd probably watch it too. She released a new album of covers with her new band with Matthew Sweet. It's the third album in a trilogy. First was 60s covers, second, was 70s, this one is 80s covers. She also just released a solo video that costars Rosanna Arquette, called "Raining".



The song's got an Eric Bachmann/Crooked Fingers feel to it. (guitar played banjo picking style)
