Tweetdeck is alive on the web and as a Mac app. I wish it would come back to iOS because it's the bomb. I can't handle the native app anymore, it seems that I can't even override the ICYMI tweets and am just stuck having to read dozens of out of sequence tweets on it. Totally defeats the purpose of the service for me, which is to be able to open it and see the latest news, sports, puns, strawman arguments and condescension in real time.

Out of sequence tweets, Instagram posts, FB posts, etc. drive me bonkers.

I try, really hard, to not slip into the old man stereotype of being unable/unwilling to adapt to change, particularly technologic. These muthas are fucking testing me.

@rex - tweet deck looks awesome, ten seconds after loading it and I love it. Not on the IOS? I'll look for other alternatives to the native app. That's change, isn't it? so fuck the fuck off, twitter and all internet apps/services/user interfaces that were pretty damn good 2-5 years ago but suck more each revision and I'm really talking directly to you NBA.com

SBNation can suck it while we're at it.

I do kind of like how on the Twitter app the count of replies/retweets/faves updates automatically.

Could also go in the "WTF is wrong with people" thread, but a local reporter bumped an innocuous article and tweeted at Pat McAfee that it wasn't cool to question Connor Daly over his diet choices. He retweeted her and snapped back and now she's been getting harassed including death threats for the last few days. Cool chick and she's taking it in stride, but god damn are there just some repugnant individuals out there.

People suck. Also Pat sucks now. He used to be this neat little light in this city of a guy that had fucked up, got his life together, and tried to do a shit ton of charity stuff and building people up. Ever since he got in the Barstool game, it's all unquestioned American excellence and bro jokes. He's a totally different person.
