Smith was grabbing his jersey at the same time so it's a most offering handfighting. The one one Browner, Smith basically stopped and allowed him to run into for the PI. Bad D on the top half of the Field the last two Ravens offensive plays though. Should have a safety over there both plays.

And taking into account that typically playoff games are lower scoring, as they are played outdoors (usually,) and against better defenses. Don't take it against the man that your team only gets a playoff game every decade or so.

Steve Smith is the most physical receiver in the NFL. Both receiver and defender could be called for something on every play. Footage of these two playing against each other should be shown repeatedly to demonstrate the foolishness of the recent emphasis on contact in passing plays.
