Aren't they better served getting the game official then starting the delay to keep selling to the people waiting it out?

Buster Olney just dropped a tweat that 27 of 30 MLB teams have a higher average attendance than the highest NBA team, but for fuck's sake I'd hope so. Not sure what that's supposed to prove when about every team plays in a stadium two to three times as large as an arena.

Some lady got nailed in the head behind home plate at PNC tonight by a foul tip. Game was suspended for around 20 minutes.

Hope she is ok.

If the Royals don't terminate their Aramark contract as soon as possible...

(I get having to switch providers in the middle of the season, but there's no excuse for Aramark to be back in 2016 and you can make the case they shouldn't have been back this year)

Try watching the game lady.

There were twenty people in the ballpark at the time including both teams. We all wish her the best.

This is proof of how little Castro cares about what is going on around him. He had no idea what happened or worse yet didn't care about what happened. Even when he realized something happened, you see no expression on his face as to whether he cared or not.

This is just an extension of how he carries himself, especially in the field on defense.

Wish we could trade him for a new 2B'man so Russell can go to SS..... Maybe at least get a good SP or RP for him.

Aramark and Centerplate (and any of their other brethren) need to go. Price gouging for terrible product is all they do in the arenas, stadiums, convention centers, and the like. $3.25 for a can of soda, plus local taxes, plus service charge of nearly 20%. Box lunch of a sandwich, side salad, piece of fruit, and cookie for $25 plus those add-on fees.

I've worked an event where the catering director with whichever of those two companies sent a tray of desserts and fruit to our office as an apology for a screw-up. I had to point out to my co-worker who was the point of contact for the catering department that the whole strawberries on the tray had mold on them a couple hours after arrival.

Oh man, that's just disgusting.

I just had an unrelated, but very interesting dealing with another foodservice company today. If y'all are interested, you can check out the appropriate channels.

Going to the Pirates/Cubs game tonight. I was excited enough about seeing Kris Bryant and Jorge Soler, but the Addison Russell news has me pumped. Oh, and the Pirates have some good players, too. Looking forward to this.

Nice first inning for you.
And his one problem is he didn’t go to Russia that night because he had extracurricular activities, and they froze to death.

Still full on pissed off that they turned Samardjia into Addison Russell. I hate Walt for not being ready to do a Cueto for Russell type deal.

Theo in Chicago made my blood run cold from the jump. They are going to be good for a long time now.

A Bryan Price-Approved Article on the Cincinnati Reds
Why work in sports journalism at all if you can’t please some baseball manager no one ever heard of?
Reds Fucking Win 6-1
MILFUCKEE — The fucking Reds beat the fucking Brewers, 6 to fucking 1 on Monday night, behind a fucking great pitching performance by Anthony fucking DeSclafani.

The game was fucking scoreless until the top of the sixth when the Reds fucking exploded for four fucking runs off Milwaukee fuck Wily Peralta. Wily. What the fuck kind of name is that?

The Reds got production up and down the lineup. From whom exactly? NONE OF YOUR FUCKING BUSINESS. Why do you need to know who is and is not in the fucking lineup and fucking why? Fuck You. That’s who played. Fuck You was in spots 1 to 9 of the fucking order.

The Reds were managed by Bryan Price, who did a fucking great job as he always fucking does. He’s just trying to fucking win his team and the City of Cincinnfucky some fucking ball games in the face of a fucking incompetent and completedly fucked local media. That fucking guy bends over backwards to be straight and honest with the fucking media and they stick it right up his fucking ass.

All hail Bryan fucking Price, who knows what is fucking important in life.

The Reds play again on fucking Tuesday. Exactly fucking when and fucking where is also none of your fucking business.

This is the end of the game story, which should win a fucking Pulitzer.

Gold.
The Price non-apology apology was great, although I'd rather see him apologize for continuing to run Hoover, Marquis and Gregg out there.
