Just came to the game after Bautista's HR. The announcer said the Jays are playing the game under protest. Aside from the "Pine Tar Game", has any protested game ever been replayed or resumed at point of protest? Don't know or care what the reason for the protest is, I can't imagine them upholding a protest in the postseason.

You're gonna wanna watch the highlights of this one then. That said, the protest was never going to be upheld even if Texas did/does win.

I have no issue with Texas players and fans having an issue with Bautista if they do. Not for the bat flip, but for glaring at the mound. I don't care, but if they did, I'd get it. That's not being baseball police or no fun police.

you almost can't watch hilites to get the entire feel - the crazy shifts of emotion, the absurdly high-octane tempers, confusion, dismay, disbelief... unfolding in real time - yeah, i've watched baseball for decades and can't remember a full inning like this.

I actually put a little down on the Jays at +450. ($10). Not enough to get too excited about, but enough to make the last three games interesting.
