And here I was already sick to my stomach.
You know what you need? A lyrical sucker punch to the face.
Re: Let's Talk About Campus Rape
Honestly, I'd have been shocked if that weren't the case at LSU.
Totally Kafkaesque
Re: Let's Talk About Campus Rape
I'm sure they'll get the Baylor treatment!
Astros : Red Sox
Baylor : LSU
Astros : Red Sox
Baylor : LSU

Re: Let's Talk About Campus Rape
Just to be clear. It's all abhorrent. But I didn't see an LSU article today.

Re: Let's Talk About Campus Rape
I know. Just two back to back reminders of how some teams/schools are treated much differently by fans and media. I know this doesn't apply to most of you when it comes to campus rape.

Re: Let's Talk About Campus Rape
If during the next college basketball rape scandal I start crying "I wonder if (head coach) is going to wind up as an assistant to Bob Huggins", feel free to tell me I'm being a dickhead.
Re: Let's Talk About Campus Rape
Not a problem.

ProPublica on Liberty Sexual Abuse Coverups
And FFS how can these people be so tone deaf:
Instead of considering her evidence, Axley said, Bucci started throwing questions at her: Why had Axley gone to the party? What had she had to drink? How much? “I immediately felt judged,” remembered Axley. (Bucci, who is now a Title IX investigator at Baylor University, declined to comment.)
Bold mine. It seems to me if you want to move away from a campus rap scandal hiring someone from a different school with the same issues might not have been the most prudent.

BYU used to (and probably still does) pull the same shit. Blaming a woman for sexual assault saying 'you broke the honor code by being alone with him'.A_B wrote: ↑Mon Oct 25, 2021 10:38 am ProPublica on Liberty Sexual Abuse Coverups

Check out Gangster Capitalism (podcast). They just finished a season on Liberty. Covers all kinds of aspects of the school including assault.A_B wrote: ↑Mon Oct 25, 2021 10:38 am ProPublica on Liberty Sexual Abuse Coverups
