To clarify it for anyone not connecting the dots, based on a post on his Facebook page, it does look like we've lost Shrew (Justin Oller). He hadn't posted hereabouts in a long time, but I always enjoyed his stuff when he did so. RIP!

He turned me on to an author that I love, and subsequently read about 10 of his books (Bernard Cornwell).

All I know is what I read on his FB page. Some friend of his wrote a death notice and a very short eulogy.

Very sad news of another friend's passing. Rest in peace, Justin Oller. My childhood friend. My high school cross country teammate and confidant. You were a tremendous source of humor, kindness, and inspiration. You loved animals and nature and had a genuine thirst for knowledge. Miss you, buddy. My deepest sympathies to your family.

He came to eat lunch with me at Redbones with a few other Swampers, IIRC, when I visited a while back. This sucks.

Looks like it was removed from his FB page.

He was/is a great guy. Helped me move my now wife into our first apartment together, it was like 95 with 95% humidity and he refused to even let me buy him a gatorade.

I truly hope the rumour isn't true.

Just had dinner and drinks last week with timgod last week. I think he would have mentioned if something happened to jhiphop other than being husband/father.
