Has a come-from behind walk-off home run ever been hit in a do-or-die game?

Bryant, that cocky MFer was smiling before he even picked up the ball. I love him.
And his one problem is he didn’t go to Russia that night because he had extracurricular activities, and they froze to death.

The last time there were ties in back to back weeks in the NFL, the Cleveland Indians lost the world series in 7.

Can we add Carl Edwards, Jr. to the list of thought they were white list? I thought FOX was just promoting a race this weekend.

I fell asleep when they put the tarp on. I assume that the Cubs lost in the 22nd after Maddon put himself in to pitch?

Actually Maddon threw the equivalent of a perfect game in innings 12-20.

Sometimes, you just gotta tip your cap. Congrats, Cubs fans, and steve in particular.

Although the Tribe lost, they had a great season. They made it to game seven of the World Series despite losing two starting pitchers for long stretches of the season, losing their starting catcher for much of the season due to two major injuries, AND playing the entire season when their best player got 11 at bats. More importantly, almost all of their good players will be back for the next two or three seasons. There’s a reason to be optimistic about the baseball team here.

The missing SPs has to be a killer knowing Francona dominated Maddon in this one.

Probably an understatement. I like the chances of a World Series rematch next year (even with vagaries of playoff baseball figured in).
