There is no way sequoia wasn't spelled phonetically.

American Pickle with Seth Rogan is fine.

The opening scenes in "the old country" are hilarious and there are a number of good scenes. Nothing incredible, but a good way to spend 90 minutes.

I'm intrigued by this one. It looks like it has potential to be one of the worst movies ever, but willing to take the risk.

So virtual services at my shul have high production value. Sound and light engineering guys doing a really nice job (our shul is old and kol nidrei is cool because how the light hits the room and the sound echos off the old brick). Whoever is directing is having a blast switching between at least 7 HD cameras. They have a guy playing upright bass in the balcony (where I usually sit....you know don't have to pray as hard because you are closer). Musical instruments are a bit weird in a conservative shul (I went to an orthodox hebrew school and remember the very old Rabbi losing his mind when I mentioned the reform bar mitzvah I attended was hard to follow because the guitarist was using different arrangements than I was used to).

Also Rabbi got the memo that HD camera and big lighting requires some light makeup...cantor...not so much.

I don't know what you mean....2 years ago i parked at a corner one block away where active drug deals were going on. As the police were visible doing security for the shul. What is interesting is there is a bit of gentrification going on, but it is house by house.
