I think if one played with a rapist or in an era with more rapists, they should also be suspected of being a rapist as well.

@SI_PeterKing: I once lost my daughter in a NJ mall for 3 minutes. Worst 3 minutes of my life. I so feel for the @Ivan_Maisel family. #FindMax

Whenever I see the Peter King thread rise to the top, I immediately wonder, "What did that dumbass do, now?"

Drew Magary called this out on Twitter, but it bears repeating:

Peter King has gotten so bad that I can't even read the "Fire Joe Morgan" style take downs done on the Kissing Suzy Kolber website anymore.

As Magary pointed out, it's cute that PK is apparently unaware that the movie awards season is over.

Gunpowder wrote:Yeah, clearly if Darren Sharper were borderline before rapes (which is a stretch) and then raped, he's out. I mean that's clear no matter what Latte West says.

But if it were a top top top player of all time, I think that's where the actual discussion lies.
Not making the HoF is clearly the least of Sharper's worries, now, as he pleads guilty.

If Sharper were a former Patriot, would Pats fans be screaming conspiracy right now?

Not sure that anyone caught this, but from reading the KSK take downs of Kings columns, King's daughter was recently married to another woman.

One would think the experience of having a gay family member would have made him more sensitive to letting NFL GM's anonymously decry the effect that Michael Sam would have in NFL locker rooms, but hey...what do I know....

No way. I bet he takes moronic pride in separating his family and professional life in this instance.

It's been years, but reading his MMQB column used to be how I started my week. And FMcB was always a little too mean (Grant Wahl was of course right) but maybe that's why it was funny.
