There are a lot of former UC players participating. Where's Keith Gregor and Melvin Leavitt?

What am I looking at here? Will it be 3-on-3? I hope so. Do only 3-pointers count? We already have Creighton.

3-on-3 halfcourt. Hand checking allowed. 4-point circles. Game to 60. I heard one interview where it sounded like you get to take shooting-foul free throws from wherever the foul occurred but I can't find that anywhere in their written rules.

I enjoy competitive basektball. Fat guys playing lazy 3 on 3 could be a bad deal. I saw the Globe Trotters a few years ago. It was sad. I worry that the effort put forward most games will be of this level.

Think I would rather see the Tournament (that $2 Million winner takes all event) over this.

I've watched 3 minutes of this, which makes me as much of an expert as anyone. Looks like old dudes playing basketball, with a surprising number of fouls called. Why on earth are they not playing these games outdoors?

If you do this right, it's beach volleyball. If you do it wrong, it's Reggie Evans vs. Rashad McCants in half of an NBA arena. Come on man, playing these games outside was the easiest marketing decision possible!

Just curious, didn't see anything about this, but how many guys hit more than five 3s in the first weekend?

Hearing Kenyon Martin got injured (among others) made me instantly think, "Just like his NBA career."

So 3x3 hoops is now an Olympic sport. Caught some highlights from the European Qualification (Olympic Channel). Interesting how quickly the team that just got scored against tries to put the ball back in play.

Also Team USA...

Robbie Hummel, Canyon Barry (yes, Rick's final son), and two guys who played at Ivies (Damon Huffman and Kareem Maddox).

Who better to represent the USA in basketball than three pasty-looking white guys.

This is a valid point. He should still be able to get it up there at age 75 by shooting underhand.
