how about a catchall thread for the emails I receive
Dear Bronto,
Homosexuality is either mental illness or a choice. If a choice then how in the world can the homosexual expect to be protected from scorn. If mental illness then the affected person should get consultation. Stand in front of a mirror naked and look at self and then you will know which sex you are. No argument.
Some 28 years ago I was upset with the fact that A.I.D.S. was in our small town. My friend whom I met with each week laughed at me as he said, we've had that in our hospital documented since 1945. He is a (phelbotamist (sp), draws blood etc.) and had access to all medical records at the V.A. Hospital in Iron Mountain Michigan. He said that for awhile before the homosexual lobby changed it, it was called G.R.I.D. Gay Related Infectious Disease.
Some fact finding for people before the homosexuals sneak in and destroy records would be astute at this time as they don't like you, as you say, monitor you 24/7. I see it as a powerful rebuttal.
Second story comes from my Navy experience. Upon finishing boot camp at Great Lakes Naval training station a friend who was seventeen and I eighteen went to Chicago to buy some beer. Being under age we were not able to purchase, but a Lt. Commander (I will never forget his name) offered to get us some at his apartment down on the Chicago Gold Coast. We went up to his apartment and as he plied us with liqueur he proceeded to bring out pictures of naked young men. My friend being from New York city said let's get out of here, this guy is a fag, a queer. I being from a small town never experienced confronting homosexuals and so we hightailed it. Sometime later I shared my experience aboard ship and the old timers wanted to know his name just in case he came aboard. They said we just throw them overboard. Another old timer who reenlisted in the Navy from the Army said, you never seen a homosexual shot in the front. Oh yea, the word pedophiles was not coined at that time and my friend was only 17. He was just more street savvy than I, being from New York.

You say you represent the United States and LGBT, you disgrace us by your inability to embrace that you are even there because of our government. Your set a poor example for our children and the LGBTQ community. Embrace our country and representatives or maybe you don't deserve to be there.

My daughter came to us at thirty eight to tell us she was in love with a woman. Since the age of 4 she loved boys, and men. I have so many love letters, and pictures of her being affesenciate with men. She told us that she was hurt by the men she loved not turning out for her. So she decided to try a woman , who she married immediately after, she never ever dated another woman. She has no sparkle in her eyes like she did for men. They are just two woman playing house and her partner had a child that my daughter is really rhe mother, quiting her great job to take care a child she always dreamed of having her self. I do not think Pence actions are right about gay people. But why do gay peoplen seem to have to prove something. Like this Olympian, why can't he just live a normal life , like us heterosexuals, we do not announce we are heterosexual. The word queer sounds so horrible to me, it is bad enough of other people to say this about them. If he did not want to meet Pence then just say No thank you
15 years before my daughter came to us, she stopped talking to me. We had a wonderful relationship before this. I was an abused child since the age of 5 mentally and physically , by my mother, while my father, and siblings watched on. I got married, and the physical part stopped, but the mental did not, till I was the only one from my birth family to take care my father for 6 years 12 To 24 hrs. a day for 6 years till death. During that time my mother started abusing me physically again. My father nor siblings cared. He died and my birth family said, and did horrible cruel things to me. My daughter knew what my life was like with them. I had to dissconnect from them. Then she went by them, and started to be mentally abusive to me. Actually my birth family always made horriffic fun of gay people. My brother in law wears a gay watch to make fun of them all her life, family members make fun of gay people on facebook. She is still with them. Even though she has abused me for years, and has had hardly anything to do with me since the diconnection, and I was shocked with her news, I needed to process it, BY THAT TIME I HAD SEVERE PTSD FROM MY LIFE AND HER TREATING ME EXACTLY LIKE MY BIRTH FAMILY. I WAS MOVING FORWARD WITH HER NEWS, AFTER 3 MOnTHS AFTER SHE TOLD ME, NO MATTER HOW I HAD SUFFERED FROM HER ABUSE. SHE STILL CHOOSE THEM OVER ME. HER FATHER AND I WERE GOOD PARENTS TO HER, CARING, LOVING AND ALWAYS THERE FOR HER. NOW LIVING HER NEW LIFE STYLE SHE IS EVEN WORSE. TELL ME WHY DO GAY PEOPLE THINK THEY ARE THE ONLY ONES THAT SUFFER. PEOPLE SUFFER FROM MANY DIFFERENT THINGS AND WE DO NOT GO OUT THEY AND ACT LIKE THEY DO, THEY ARE NO BETTER THEN US. I GRIEVE FOR MY DAUGHTER SINCE MY FATHER DIED, NOT FROM HER TELLING ME YEARS LATER, AND i mean years later. SHE WAS MARRING A WOMAN. She does not care I have been sick all these years, I have been though many types of therapies to help myself, nothing helps, now I am going though TMS which is like a woodpecker pecking on your head, six days a week. She is a cold, calus, unloving, caring person. I still love her with all my heart. But I DON'T know who she is anymore. She is not my daughter! I'm so sick and tired whats going on in this world these days with all types of people. What about the silent suffers. We count too, but we DON'T act like they do.
